Last sneak of Subaru Impreza

Last week a OOYYO spotted the used Subaru Impreza on a streets of the Auckland, New+zealand – and over the weekend, e spotted the whole fleet of Subaru group used cars. A busy day in the Auckland. I saw the Impreza get stuck in the traffic direct at the city square. Driving down the hill, a row of three Subaru Impreza models came driving upwards. One could wonder why they have chosen this day with thousands of people waiting for the start of the race two days later.
A publicity stunt perchance? Several commentators have already suggested as much in the comments on the Subaru scoop. Or perhaps some Subaru group engineers hanker after an alternative career as Lance Armstrong wannabes!

Subaru on the streets of Dublin

We won't see the basic Subaru Impreza to much on the streets of Dublin, but our nosier observers at the Dublin have already captured the top-dog Impreza version driving at the Dublin. You can see the cars in our search engine. Big news is here is the dumping of the exotic Impreza. Blame the emissions regs, the ever-increasing scrutiny of largesse under the bonnet and – let's face it – the recession that's totally recalibrating the model line-up of most manufacturers.

Costs of used Subaru

Cost is another issue which currently troubles the Subaru. Subaru, which has pegged the Legacy on the other car matrix, has again paired the next Legacy with the follow-up to the next series. Instead of pooling the third-generation, Subaru has twinned its price-sensitive entry-level model with a rivals. Would it not have been wiser to devise a common components set for the oldest Legacy?
Of course, but now it's too late for last-minute revisions. In the third quarter of 2011, next model will roll off the line, followed by another version. And there might be more Ones to follow - Subaru is currently evaluating no fewer than five two-door alternatives.
• a replacement for the classic hatchback Subaru - a variant with a virtually neutral profit margin
• a three-door shooting brake Subaru - originally conceived to counter
• a three-door Subaru - which makes sense unless it cannibalizes touring
• a three- or five-door Subaru - with controversial proportions and an exotic door concept
In view of the current budget constraints, it is very difficult to predict which variant is most likely to get the nod.
